Spaghetti with olive oil and garlic
Serves 2

Ingredients

Spaghetti for two
100ml extra virgin olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
Good pinch of chili flakes or one fresh red chili, chopped
Handful of chopped parsley
50gr grated parmesan or halloumi cheese
Freshly ground black pepper

Method
1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil and garlic in pan at same time on low heat, taking care not to brown the garlic.
3. Add chili or chili flakes.
4. When pasta is ready, using tongs, add to oil and garlic, mix well.
5. Mix in parmesan or halloumi, allowing cheese to slightly melt.
6. Sprinkle parsley on top and some freshly ground black pepper, serve.
