Roasted chickpeas

Ingredients
Two 400gr cans of chickpeas
Sea salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Spanish smoked  paprika

Method
1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
2. Pat chickpeas with kitchen paper or kitchen towel until they are absolutely dry. It might be worthwhile to leave the chickpeas for a while to dry out completely.
3. Spread the chickpeas on a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
4. Drizzle the chickpeas with olive oil and season with sea salt. 
5. Toss the chickpeas in the olive oil and salt to make sure all are well-coated.
6. Place in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or Gas Mark 6.
7. Roast for 25-30 minutes, until chickpeas are golden brown.
8. Season chickpeas with Spanish smoked paprika or spices or herbs of your choice.
