Greek chicken souvlaki
Serves Two

Teaspoon of paprika

Method
1. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces, add to a bowl
2. In the same bowl, add juice and zest of half a lime. Half the leftover lime and add this to the marinade
3. Add juice of half a lemon, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil
4. Add dried oregano, paprika and season well with salt and power
5. Marinade for no more than 2-25 minutes
6. Slide chicken pieces onto wooden skewers.
7. In a hot grill pan, cook chicken until it is cooked through
8. If necessary, finish cooking the chicken in oven for 10 minutes
