Tahini Smoothie
Ingredients
In a blender or Nutribullet, whizz the following ingredients:
1 banana, the riper the sweeter
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon honey or three chopped Medjool dates
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 cup coconut milk drink or another plant-based drink of your chose. Almond or hazelnut work well.
