Ingredients
One tin 400gr chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Five tablespoons tahini
Garlic cloves to taste, chopped/crushed
Juice from one lemon
1/2 to one teaspoon cumin
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pickled jalapeño chillis with juice, to taste.
Method
1. Process tahini and lemon juice for one minute
2. Add garlic, olive oil, cumin and salt. Process.
3. Add half of chickpeas. Process for one minute.
4. Add remaining chickpeas. Process.
5. Add jalapeños. Process.
6. Empty into bowl. Top with olive oil and paprika.
