Ingredients
500gr yellow lentils
Two sticks of celery chopped
Two carrots chopped
Two onions chopped
Two cloves of garlic sliced
One bayleaf
Red wine vinegar
Method
1. Clean the lentils and cook for one hour.
2. Strain and return lentils to pan with remaining indredients, except vinegar and cover with water.
3. Bring to the boil, simmer until all vegetables are very soft.
4. Just before serving, add two tablespoons of vinegar or to taste, stir into soup, cook for another five minutes.
