Skorthalia me avgo (Garlic sauce with egg)
Ingredients
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoon salt
2 egg yokes
Olive oil
Lemon juice or wine vinegar
Method
1. Crush the garlic into a paste with salt.
2. Beat in the two eggs.
3. Add, drop by drop, olive oil until a mayonnaise-type consistency is achieved.
4. Loosen with lemon juice or wine vinegar.
