Baked Salmon in Foil

Ingredients

Salmon 
Small handful of dill
1 Lemon, thinly sliced
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper a
2 cloves garlic chopped

Method
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a dish with  foil.
Arrange half of dill and half of the lemon slices on bottom of dish. Place salmon on top.
Drizzle the salmon with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rub to coat, then scatter sliced garlic on top. Arranged remaining dill and lemon slices on top of salmon. 
Fold the sides of the foil up and over the top of the salmon until it is completely enclosed. 
Bake the salmon for 20-25 minutes, or until salmon is cooked.
